Grant Kelley

Coach

Grant Kelley is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Grant graduated from Greensboro College, where he played four years of collegiate baseball, with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Studies. Before opening the Performance Zone, Grant worked with Global Baseball Development Group trainers and led an athletics and fitness program in Proehlific Park in Greensboro, NC. He has been able to work with a diverse group of clients, from adult clients looking to build strength, lose weight, and become healthier to professional athletes looking to perform at the next level of their sport. With his approachable personality and experience tailoring movements to meet his clients at their level, Grant has built a safe and fun environment at the Performance Zone where everyone can meet their definition of success.

Lillie Maness

Coach

Coach Lillie has been a PZ athlete since 2015. Upon graduating high school she received an athletic scholarship to Concord University for soccer. She finished her soccer career at William Peace University where she received a degree in Exercise and Sports Science. During her time in College she interned @thestrengthfeed one of the top sports performance facilities in Raleigh NC with coach Joseph Pearson. She brings a new set of skills and experience to the Performance Zone.

Billy Hardy

Coach

ISSA and ACE certified trainer with a goal of helping his clients improve their physical fitness and dexterity in a safe controlled manner. His training style is tough yet compassionate, and he focuses on three key things; explosiveness, strength, and balance.

Billy Crawford

Coach

Billy Crawford is a former track and field thrower from the University of Mount Olive, where he honed his athletic skills while competing at a high level. With extensive experience in strength sports, including international competition at the top tier, Coach Billy brings a wealth of knowledge to the Performance Zone. As a strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer, He offers expert guidance, personalized training programs, and a deep understanding of the physical and mental aspects of performance, helping clients and athletes achieve their goals with a results-driven approach.

Kevin Kelley

Coach

Our PZ Baseball and Softball expert. Coach Kevin has been with the PZ since 2022 coaching hitting and pitching. He has coached and trained kids from little league, middle school, and college level. Coach Kevin has a direct old school approach to training while having a natural knack for seeing strengths and/or weaknesses in the baseball/softball swing.

Dominic Linares

Coach

Coach Dominic is an ACE certified trainer dedicated to helping clients build a strong foundation for long-term health and fitness. Focused on teaching the fundamentals of fitness and improving body composition, he helps individuals feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies. With a personalized approach tailored to each client’s unique needs, Coach Dominic supports them every step of the way in achieving their fitness goals. Whether someone is just starting their fitness journey or looking to elevate their progress, Coach Dominic is committed to setting clients up for success.
